Return Policy

Soft Goods Returns

We accept returns on soft goods within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email hello@volobeauty.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return

Our team will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as VOLO Beauty is unable to process refunds for returns that are not received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • You will be notified once your refund is approved

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

International Returns

We accept international returns under the same conditions:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Must be unworn and in original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

VOLO Go Cordless Dryer – Trial & Returns

We offer a 30-day trial period for the VOLO Go Cordless Hair Dryer.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The dryer, accessories, and packaging must be in original condition
  • The product must be used according to intended use guidelines

The 30-day return period is based on:

  • The order date → return received date (must be received within 30 days)

Return Process

  • A return authorization request must be completed
  • Return shipping costs and applicable fees will be deducted from the refund

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Note: Crowdfunding campaign purchases are not eligible for this return policy.

Warranty Policy (VOLO Go Cordless Dryer)

What is Covered

If your VOLO Beauty hair dryer fails due to a manufacturing issue during the warranty period, we will:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace it if repair is not possible

Coverage includes:

  • Dryer
  • Battery
  • Charger
  • Applicable internal components

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or improper operation
  • Use outside normal household purposes
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Non-VOLO parts or accessories
  • Environmental damage (water, weather, power surges, etc.)
  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers

Warranty Terms

  • Warranty period: 1 year (365 days) from purchase
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • If unavailable, warranty defaults to 90 days from manufacture date
  • Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period

Warranty Coverage Location

Warranty is valid in the country where the product was purchased.

Shipping Policy

U.S. Orders

  • Orders ship within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Orders placed on weekends ship the next business day
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Estimated delivery time:

  • 1–7 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days

International Orders

  • Orders ship within 2–3 business days
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 8–10 business days
  • Other countries: 6–18 business days
  • Delays due to customs may extend delivery up to 30 business days

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import taxes
  • Customs duties
  • Additional fees

These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed package

We will:

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
